Healthy adults needn’t worry as long as they don’t go crazy with turmeric. If you’re worried, it’s always best to seek a professional opinion - most especially if you have gallbladder disease, are pregnant, or take blood-thinning medications, among others.
If you’re simply making a pure turmeric shot, then it could likely stain your glassware of plastic bottles. The best way to prevent this is just by washing what you use to drink soon after.
If you add turmeric as an ingredient, it shouldn’t be a huge concern, as it has been diluted. Still, it always helps to wash dishes rather than live with the fear of stained glasses. The horror.
